When the customer bought this car from us he signed all the documents including an AS IS form, explaining that we are not reliable for any thing that happens to the carafter the customer got in contact with us we refunded $to him Via *** just so he would be happy, and also because we are an
honest business and during our time in this business we have never been dishonest with our customers and we try our best to comply with our customers and make them happy, and our feedbacks on *** or any other site will show thatWe explained to him that we sent the car in good condition and it was during the shipping process that the damages happened, and that we would try our best to get all we can from the shipping company, and The customer also told us he would also try to contact the shipping company to try to figure something outWe tried our best but we couldn't get anything from the shipping company, and we dont know if he did contact the shipping company him self or notWe explained to him that we tried our best but didn't get anywhere with the shipping company and that we did everything we could have done

 This guy is not telling the whole truth.  There were items not listed on the original description, which he tried to blame on the transportation company.  He has the issue with the company and not me.  I received the vehicle in a different state than described.  I will say that the driver showed me where he pointed out just about all of the discrepancies.  He stated that the owner tried to hide the vehicle in a shaded area and did not want him to do an inspection.
This vehicle was missing the insulation on the bottom, the window has a small spot from where a rock or something hit it.  I would just like to be reimbursed for the additional cost to get the vehicle to the original description.  I am sure that he will not agree, so if nothing else, I just want to warn others.  I want others to know that this place is shady and they should stay away or at least conduct an onsite inspection and not go by the seller's description.  Can we make this happen?

We paid the full amount to the customer.

To whom it may concern,
almost all of the comment about our advertisement and dealership is nothing but lies. everything started from transportation company "transportation of freetonians" they damaged the vehicle and did not take responsibility for it ( turned out they did not have insurance at the time ), and also told our customer bunch of lies. scratches on the wheels and on the body all were mentioned and pointed out to the customer before the purchase. the only thing that is not a lie, is the tire. because of our customer service we suppose to make everything right for our customers, so we reimbursed him for the front tire he had to replace which was damaged from inside.
