Hansen Pole Buildings taking advantage of Service Members deployed overseas On [redacted] , I spoke with Mr [redacted] via telephone from Hansen Pole BuildingsI told Mr [redacted] I was an active duty member in the United States ***I continued to explain to him I was deployed to [redacted] with a follassignment to [redacted] (where I'm currently stationed)I told Mr [redacted] I was looking for a building to store my personal belongings before relocate from [redacted] to [redacted] After conversing with Mr [redacted] via email and telephone, he informed me that Hansen didn't have employees to install buildingsI told Mr [redacted] I would have to look elsewhere because I don't want the stress of trying to find a contractor after purchasing the materials from HansenMr [redacted] told me he could give me a referral of a contractor that Hansen has used in the past for some of their customersMr [redacted] gave me the name and number of Mr [redacted] , the contractorI contacted Mr [redacted]

The process of getting the garage structure constructed from design to delivery and final construction was relatively straightforward and easy The client needs to generally be readily available and actively willing to participate in the process, especially in obtaining a contractor, reviewing materials delivered to the site, returning any that do not meet specifications and storing materials as necessary until construction can begin Fortunately, construction went very well and the contractor was able to get the structure up is a short period of time

I think they should spent more time on the quality of the material , and that there architect should have been a carpenter first .the only positive thing I can say is the office staff was great .not one builder wanted any part of this design

I purchased a pole building package from Hansen Pole Buildings this summer My experience with this company was excellent Their team of professionals helped me design the structure, guided me through the county permitting process, helped me chose the right size building and materials Their phone and email support is second to none I would recommend them highly

The entire process from shopping to the actual construction of my barn was a pleasure When I had questions Hanson's staff was quick to reply and resolve issues...even when I made an error When I wanted to do additional work on the barn (years later), they were most helpful in getting my needs met Good people, good product, good experience!
