We would like to first start by apologizing for how Mrs. [redacted] project went. We have reached out to Mrs. [redacted] this morning (7/21/16) and will be going out to her home today to meet with her on this issue. We will do everything in our power to make this right for her.

We would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused Mr. [redacted] in the process of getting his issue resolved. It is our full intent to make sure his issue is taken care of as quickly as possible. After speaking to Mr. Josh F[redacted] with [redacted] Insurance this morning,...

he had informed us he has been waiting on the appliance company as well as Architectural Justice to provide him the quotes he needed to move forward, unfortunately do to the holidays over the past few weeks, those aspects have been delayed, which by no means is the fault of Mr. [redacted] but is in the process. The appliance company as well as Mr. F[redacted] have a meeting with Mr. [redacted] on Wednesday of this week. We have and will continue to do everything we can to resolve Mr. [redacted]s issue as quickly as possible, we are at a bit of a stand still on our end as we wait for the estimates from the other companies as well as the meeting with Mr. [redacted] and the insurance company. We take our customers issues very seriously and can assure Mr. [redacted] that we do not take this lightly. Per our conv[redacted]ation this morning with Mr. F[redacted], he confirmed he has the information needed on our end. We apologize if there was any miscommunication on our end to Mr. [redacted] regarding that fact. If there is anything additionally we can do to aid in moving this issue along and resolved, rest assured we will do anything we can. In closing, again we would like to apologize to Mr. [redacted] for any issues we may have caused him.

I am rejecting this response because:
The issue at hand is the appliances haven't been fixed.  After filing the original complaint with Revdex.com, Hansen Restoration has become more involved in the process, but as of this date, the appliances still aren't fixed.  Hansen is currently targeting the first week of February to fix the appliances.  But until that actually occurs I cannot agree that the situation is resolved.
