My experience with this company began in April of this year 2018 after a tornado damage our home. I had been told that this company was very highly rated and Me Scott H. was very reassuring. He quoted me a price to replace our roof and repair damage to a section of our laundry roof damaged by a tree falling on it. Work was poorly done and the workers broke several rafters and knocked holes in roof decking. Also broke thru ceilings on two different occasions. Became so bad I hired a Home Inspector to come out and look at their work and the results was I was left with repairs left undone. And had to hire another contractor to redo most of his crews work and repair the damaged they left undone. Now he is putting lien on our house and I have hired a lawyer because I refused to pay the second half of the bill. Will never ever use this company AGAIN! Home Inspector said in his opinion that the work they had done was only worth half what he charged me before all the damage that they had done to our house!
Everything on the contract was done to spec. We did not damage any of her rafters or "knock holes in the decking". We fixed things NOT on the contract to satisfy the customer to no avail. She has a premium roof system installed on the house that is worth well over half of the contract price. We went of the "inspector's" finding and fix things NOT on contract! We never here from her, just her loud mouth son that has been a problem from the beginning. If you don't like the price, don't sign a contract. We have never tried to screw anyone over, if the home inspector knows so much about pricing, I gladly invite him to get his own construction business and go give some bids! Bottom line she is committing Insurance fraud and trying to pocket over $70k .
Such a rude and totally untruthful response is par for the course I have been told by others who have had the audacity to complain. I made sure that I told only the facts in my review. And he knew that I connected my insurance company when the problems got out of hand and I have since talked to my insurance co I am not trying to cheat anyone but that is how he tries to deflects away from the real issues. If anyone can be said to be a crook it isn't I.
Read contract . Replace roof 3 layers. Repair SE corner of damaged house. They want everything fixed that's not on contract . This will get laughed out if court when I get the rest of my $$. My contract is specific! Wish I could post pic of the contract . If she showed her insurance the contract they would laugh at her complaints . SE CORNER OF FRAMING WORK IS ALL THAT'S ON CONTRACT. This Is a joke and I have NO tolerance for people like this !
Still refusing to address the real issue Mr H.! See you in court!
