TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS PERSONAND HIS COMPLAINT IS UNFATHOMABLEFIRST OFF, YOU CANNOT REBUILD A TRANSMISSION WITH OUT REPLACING THE SEALSSECOND, THE ENGINES RPMS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ACTIVITY OF THE TRANSMISSION, AND THE SEALS CERTAINLY CANNOT EFFECT THE ENGINES PERFORMANCEIM NOT SURE IF MAYBE HE HAS THE WRONG SHOP? OR WHAT, BUT WE ARE COMPLETELY UNAWARE OF THIS PERSON, THEIR VEHICLE, OR ANY CONVERSATION HE CLAIMS TO HAVE HAD.IF HE HAD WORK DONE HERE AND A SEAL FAILED, IT WOULD CERTAINLY HAVE BEEN COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY IF WITHIN THE SPECIFIED WARRANTY PERIOD, BUT AGAIN, I HAVE NO CLUE WHO THIS GUY ISIF HE HAD WORK DONE HERE, HE NEEDS TO PROVIDE HIS ORIGINAL RECEIPT FOR WARRANTY VERIFICATION.THANK YOUJENNIFER H***

Mr *** did indeed have his transmission rebuilt hereThen he presented several times for other problemsHis rear main seal (engine) started leaking months after we did the transmission jobWe were not asked to replace it at the time of the transmission repair, and since it is not part of the transmission, but rather the engine, it does not fall under our warrantyWe were never hired, or paid, to make that repairHe also presented, at a separate time with Transfer case seal leaks, which again IS NOT part of the transmission, but a whole separate unit unto itselfAnd again, we were not hired or paid to make that repairThe only component we were hired to repair was the transmission itself, which was done to our usual specificationsThere is no way that a rear main seal, nor a transfer case output shaft seal leak can effect the transmission and neither are in anyway covered under a transmission rebuildThat transmission was completely rebuilt, including all seals, and last time I saw it, was working perfectlySince this repair was done in January and our warranty is one year, there is no warranty left on that (the one repair we did do) eitherSo Mr*** has absolutely no basis for this complaint

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have a original receipt and I have also been to the shop many timesJennifer said that the seals weren't bad so she didn't replace themAnd the TKcase out put seal is what's badAnd it floods the transmission. Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:Initially going into hansen transmission I asked to take a look at my leaking transmissionThe technician said no problem ill look for free and tell you what's going on with itHe proceeded to take my keys and I was their about an hourHe came back and said the leak was at the loose hoses and that's allThe traditional way a technician checks a transmission is to put it on a lift as I have in a recorded message from the owner of hansenThe issue is when I later went to cpr, my transmission pan was cracked and leaking, which they saw immediately after putting it on a lift like any technical shop is supposed to doThe malpractice cost me over dollars (I have the receipt) and was about a hour processHad they done a real transmission check, they would have saw the problem immediatelyI only want my I paid them as they did nothing for meI have all bills and recorded conversations with the employeesVery unprofessional peopleIf proper maintenance was used from the start of putting it on a lift, all of the issues would have been solved then and thereHowever, taking a short cut in a transmission shop cost me over dollarsLet me know if you need me to email receipts and conversations.
Sincerely,
*** ***

I'm writing in response to complaint #***, filed by *** *** on 3/27/The only thing we were asked to fix was a cooler line leak at the radiatorWe did that and charge the time involvedWe never had the car in the air, this repair is done by opening the hood and removing the air
cleaner and battery to be able to see the cooler lines at THE RADIATORweeks later he tells us that CPR diagnosed the car with a pan leak at THE TRANSMISSIONWe scheduled him and appointment, which he never showed up forThe next time he came here, he was threatening and abusiveHe basically wanted a free $transmission for a $repair, that was no where near the pan leak he currently hasThis person told us he was voice-recording our conversationHe said that he has to do that all the time because he gets treated badly everywhere he goesI would feel safe saying that he causes unease with his behaviorHe was treated fairly, and when life didn't go his way, he lased out at usThis same individual went on Google, created NUMEROUS accounts jsut for the sole purpose of slandering our businessThey have been taken down by Google because they were falseSo is thisThis person was told to leave our place of business and never returnWe have it clearly posted that we reserve the right to refuse service and we used that right with him Sincerely,Chris and Jennifer H***

I have 2 shops, that called to verify my problem. I talked to Hansen transmission owner Jennifer, she said that she felt all my seals and they felt ok and used them again. And said I didn't need new ones. She said I'd have to pay $900 to replace the seals. And iv tried to have her fix the problem while I was under warranty and she refused saying it wasn't her problem.

Only thing she did was rebuild the tranny and didn't replace any seals.

I think the Tranny might be messed up because the of the bad seals. I would like that fixed also since it should have been done right in the first place.
