Terrible serviceI bought a washer and dryer combo in November of and in september of it stopped workingThey did bring me a loaner washer while they had mine in the shop for repairs for weeksThey tried to sell me a 300$ computer because the door wouldn't unlockI told them to bring me my washer back homeI ran a diagnostic check that I learned to do onlineAll I needed was a 60$ door latch that I can put in myself and now it's working fineDon't trust there warranty it only covers the motors nothing elseThere service department will try to rip you offI'm just glad I have knowledge of electrical devices to do it myself
