Good afternoon ***, *** *** signed a contract on February 19, to have her roof replaced on March 15, with our company. On the contract Ms*** signed it does state the balance needs to be paid in full upon completion of jobI emailed the customer the final invoice
on March 28, & received no response therefore I called the customer on April 8, & left her a voicemail following up with the final invoice that was sentOn April 25, 2016, being that we have yet to receive a response I called Ms*** again to follow up with the status of payment & left her another voicemail On April 25, 2016, Ms*** returned my call & stated that she never signed a contract with our company & was never made aware of the payment policy therefore I forwarded her the signed contract & instructed her where to find the payment policies next to her signatureDuring this phone call Ms*** informed me her insurance should be sending her the funds & we agreed to wait until April 29, for Ms*** to pay her balance in full. On May 2, Ms*** came into our office & requested another week to pay off the remaining balance & we agreed to wait until May 9, During this meeting I informed Ms*** that we have also given her a discount to lower her balance in hopes for the contract to be paid in full as soon as possibleI also educated the customer on a 3rd party financing that is available to her, but the customer refused this option. On May 10, the customer called our company & requested to submit an application to the 3rd party finance company which was later denied therefore the customer explained to us that she has no other means or intent of paying the remaining balance with Roland's Roofing *** *** Project Manager Roland's Roofing Co., IncA Low Bid SA TX estwww.rolandsroofing.com
