My husband and I bought a couch from Hansen in Waupaca, Wi, and noticed 3 weeks after we had the couch that it was defective. We spoke to [redacted] the store manager who was helpful at first and then became very rude. The customer service we've received from [redacted] is horrible he acted like it was our fault the couch was defective. Shame on you [redacted] we will be taking our business elsewhere.
