Review: I was told delivery would be approxiamately between 1-2 weeks and promised before Christmas by salesman. I have called 6x to get a eta on delivery time-4 times promised a call back and not once received any call. The last time was told a manager (I believe the name given was [redacted]) would call me back on Thursday 12-11-14-still no call back. Ive been given several different answers the last being my order was do to be in on Monday 12-15-14-still no call. I was also told by two different individuals that [redacted]s delivers on weekend later to find out they only deliver on wednesday to my home address [redacted]-miss representation, mixed answers and no interest in returning a call to a devoted customer is no way to run a business. I am very dissatisfied in the way this order has been handled and the service Ive received. I would have cancelled the order if there wasnt such a steep cancellation fee. I need communication-I am not going to be avaialbe for deliver after 12/20/14. Thank youDesired Settlement: refund of all charges or delivery before 12/20/14 in addition to waiver of delivery charges. thank you

Review: delivered a couch damaged and will not replace the unit. they want replace the covering inside the house that will take hours. they call it warranty. I was going to return it at delivery but the driver said they will replace it right away. Ashley headquarters wrote and said that they could replace the unit if they wanted to. they are very poor about calling us back and lack professionalism.Desired Settlement: Replace unit and used it for your showroom after its repaired but give us what we paid for a couch not damaged.
