I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowHansen's did nothing to resolve my heater issue.  I myself contacted AquaCal and got the initial issue resolved though the heater has tripped my breaker since the fix and AquaCal has been notified.  Hansen's owes me for my electrician having to come out this season to re-check all the electric which again pointed to the heater being the problem.  My heater would have been fixed last season if Hansen's had done their job and was concerned at all about customer service.  They also gave me a faulty pressure gauge they said they would replace and haven't.  Until I receive the pressure gauge for my filter and I know it works, and until I have received the $105.10 for my electrician bill this issue is not resolved.  I've already done most of their job for them.again, Hansen's is lying about taking care of the heater.  Contact AquaCal and they will tell you it was I who filed the warranty claim with them at the end of May.  They then sent out Capital Heating who came out this month to work on the heater.

Hello   We have been there every step of the way for Mrs.  [redacted] and have never ignored her calls.   She hired a different company to install her pool and at this point we are not sure if the installation of her pool heater completed properly.    We promptly contacted...

the heater manufacturer and they were going to send out a service crew to take care it.   She ordered this pool over the phone or online and resides way outside of our service area.  We do care about our customers and have not dropped the ball on this one at all.   If the factory instructs us to replace the heater we will do so, but they do have the option to review and insure its not an installation or use issue.   By use I am referring to proper water chemistry balance.  Thank you

We have taken care of the customers heater.  We followed proper protocol and arranged for the factory to fix the heater.   It has been repaired and in good working order.  We apologize that there was an issue but its now resolved.  Not sure what offer there even is for the customer to reject? We now consider this matter cloased Thank you
