Oct 24, 2017, I paid Roger Conrad Concrete $10,for a driveway and downspout drainage systemHe has still NOT finished the jobI've called him dozens of times since OctIn January, he actually finally answeredHe said he would come back to finish installing the drainage system "when the weather got warm." Calls after Jan were not responded toI finally caught him again on the phone in June He apologized and said that he would be out soonHe did not come out as promised, so called him again many timesFINALLY, on Mon, July 9, he actually showed up for the first time since OCT I showed him where his crew did NOT finish installing the inch schedule pipe and he claimed that they didI told him that they did NOT finish, that he knows that they did NOT finish, and that he's left me without a working downspout drainage system since OCT 2017, causing standing water in my gutters, causing water to shoot out of a pipe in my basement when it rains, causing degrada
