Extremely poor service and ethics from the owner of this agency!!! She represents an RV dealer where our 5th wheel was burglarized. That was 3 mos ago. She is denying liability and coverage yet won't produce a written denial to give to our insurance company. She hasn't returned a phone call yet. According to the Illinois Unfair Claims Law and Regulations, she had 30 days to respond. Apparently she doesn't follow the law.
