I paid $to complete this bankruptcy course before my case could be dischargedI completed the course and passedHowever, I have not received my certificateI have emailed and calledI have received no correspondence from this businessI would like my money returned since I have not received the information I was promised upon completion of the course
Folks this is a rip off company that is just playing off out situations DO NOT USE this slime low life company They'll take your hard earn money and run away from you I will complain to the bankruptcy court and try to have them removed from the courts "approved" vendor site I passed their test yet can not get my certificate, phone always says they have high volume of calls, yea everyone trying to get their money back, and forget about them every responding to email If you pay these butt heads like I did you'll have to pay again somewhere else
I registered and paid $ for the education course on June 16, I completed the program on June 17, After completing within 12- hours they are suppose to send a certificate of completion to my email ( which I provided them prior)When the 12-hour deadline arrived, nothing was sent to my emailI called and left messages twice, the answering machine that came on stated emailing them would be fasterSo I also emailed them, Again no response back
It's amazing how this company would be an approved educator but take my money and withhold my certificate that I need to turn in
They have all of these testimonials of how great they are, seems to me they are great at taking peoples money and no follow through on their side of the agreement

This company was listed on the Central Bankruptcy Court website as a company that offered a online course for the 2nd pre bankruptcy course for Personal Financial Management for the futureI paid my $7.95, and I took the course on 08/15/17, and I completed it with a 86.07% scoreMy certificate has not posted to the website, and it has not been emailed to me like they said it would before I purchased the classI have called times, and I have emailed them times, and yesterday, all that showed up was verification that I paid, the invoice number is #***, and the transaction number is ***Today 08/17/17, their website is saying that my account is now inactive, and that I can only access my certificate or sign up for another class, but my certificate is not theirThis is critical, because I need my certificate number to show the court that I completed the class for my dischargeI am going to have to repeat this class somewhere else, if
