This company was listed on the Central Bankruptcy Court website as a company that offered a online course for the 2nd pre bankruptcy course for Personal Financial Management for the futureI paid my $7.95, and I took the course on 08/15/17, and I completed it with a 86.07% scoreMy certificate has not posted to the website, and it has not been emailed to me like they said it would before I purchased the classI have called times, and I have emailed them times, and yesterday, all that showed up was verification that I paid, the invoice number is # [redacted] , and the transaction number is [redacted] Today 08/17/17, their website is saying that my account is now inactive, and that I can only access my certificate or sign up for another class, but my certificate is not theirThis is critical, because I need my certificate number to show the court that I completed the class for my dischargeI am going to have to repeat this class somewhere else, if

On Sept. 25, I paid and completed the course and I am still waiting for my certificate which states that I completed the course. I have sent multiple emails, and 8 phone calls and no one has called or email me back. I need my certificate ASAP!!!!! They took my money ASAP so I want what I paid for.
