did warranty work on Carrier Furnace 11/10/17 replaced inducer assembly which was a warranty part covered by Carrier he charged me 550.00 I paid him 165.00 labor for warranty work he told me he would submit paperwork to Carrier and get back to me if they were going to cover part, they did cover it and approved it on 11/29/17 and sent him 355.00 to cover the part my husband called him 3 times wouldn't answer his phone, talked to his wife on last phone call explained to her the situation I had a conversation with *** on December 28th he assured me my check was in the mail for $550.00 and as of today have not received it. I will be pursuing legal action for my refund of $550 if this matter is not resolved.
carrier finally credited us for her furnace part on Dec. 29,2017,. I put her check for $550.00 in the mail today. I told her when I did the work. furnace may be out of warranty, over 6-years old. I had tospend many hours trying to get her a credit. the process took two months as I told her. Carrier is not to fast in warranty credit situations, especially when past warranty. any other contractor would have walked away from this customer. I went to bat for her and omg, what thank you I get.*** 1/6/2018

t!!! I spoke directly with Carrier and they said it was approved on 11/29/17 I have a claim #...And if he had the part back on 11/16 he should've replaced it then and not try to charge me an extra 200.00 for carrying around a part for a year he like thought he was going to get!!! He should've sent part back then! Its just too bad using this company for 27 years that it had to end this way with him trying to rip off a customer!!! Although I hear this has been his act for the last year!!! ripping customers off :(

We had a furnace installed approximately 2-3 years ago by Hanson heating. We needed it serviced last year because it stopped working. *** came out a fixed the problem and stated the blower on the furnace is bad and is covered under warranty and he will replace it soon. Our furnace went out again in October and fortunately we knew how to reset it. We have called Hanson heating 4 times for repair of this issue/warranty item. Calls were placed on 11/1/17, 11/7/17, 11/17/17 and 11/27/17- messages were left and STILL have not received a return phone call nor has our blower been replaced. POOR customer service.
