would place small items down dropping them and having no respectEspecially with the majority of cliental being militaryThe supervisor Lance [redacted] did not come to the sight at our home to review how the delivery was goingNor did he attempt to call My husband or myself by phoneHe called his Team Leader, Justin Justin told his supervisor Lance we had too large of a shipment and time got away and they were tired and having to stay lateI called the following morning at 830am to file a complaint with Hanson- Maves Company and inform Lance [redacted] about our unpleasant experienceLance apologize and explain he was at other sites that day and he had call Justin, but was told the move was going well and was concerned we were asking them to assemble too many items at the end of the dayWhich was not trueitems were left disassemble nor were we offered for them to return to assemble the itemsWe requested for three beds be assembled, two bicycles pedals were put on and a garage cabinet which Justin stood not movingComplaining there were no instructions and excuse after excuse to why he couldn’t along with attitudeMy husband and I had to move the cabinet parts ourselves and Corry helpedWe said they did not need to assemble the cabinetAfter a full day of hearing Justin and Garry complain and lack any professional ethics I asked Justin who the team leader was and if they had one to see maybe if this could help each other stay positive and support each otherJustin who is the team leader, said they did not have oneWith the negative attitude, my Husband and I experienced throughout the day, we wondered if the company had standard for customer service and careJustin said the company did not have guidelines or goals to help followI asked Justin for the supervisors’ name to file a complaint with our experience from the dayJustin before leaving went to my husband with excuses that they had worked too many hours and are understaffedExcuse after excuseMy husband explained this is our lifestyle we understand having a bad day but we waited over months to receive out House Hold Goods and understand patience and good attitudeThis being our 5th move and second overseas move has been the worseNot because of damaged items but from the amount of complaining, disrespect and poor attitude the team hadMainly Justin and GarryCorry was a hard worker but one man cannot and should not do a whole moveAs military members, we hope for a smooth Change of Duty Station and understand there will be obstacles or no moving company is the same, but we also understand the part that does stay the same is customer care and ensuring our items will arrive safetyI am so disappointed of our move with Hanson -Maves CompanyJustin and Garry complained all day long my family had too much stuff or we were a botherThen to have fear if I complain the movers may get upset and damage something or leaveThe customer service Lance gave over the phone was pleasantbut also, full of excuses and great loyalty for his workersHe spoke with his workers but Lance explained it was a hot day and they are nonstop with jobsHe shared Justin can get hot headed and Gary is a slow learner but they are great guysLance said he would speak to them and share our complaints if Justin and Garry and praise of Cory and IsiahHe asked if I would not submit a complaint with the Revdex.com or with the Base because he has never had oneMany people do not know where to complain or know this is an option and can be time consumingAfter having such an unpleasant and disappointing experience and my husband and I hope for improvement and for other service members to know we deserve quality and a positive experienceWe all have bad days, but when we are getting paid, there is no reason for grown men in their career to complain or have disinterest in working
