Hanson Soft Water, Inc.

Recently, I had an issue with my water softener that was purchased from Hanson. For some reason, all my water tasted like ocean water! I called Hanson and they gave me several things to try to clear the problem. None worked, or it was user error. I asked for someone to come out and take a look to determine if I needed a new part on the system. [redacted] came out, refreshed everything and all works just fine since. I didn’t know at the time but [redacted] is the owner. He spent quite a bit of time fixing my system. I was grateful for his work and that I didn’t need a new part.
Every time I work with Hanson, I have had nothing but positive experience. They are great business and they provide a wonderful service. They are locally owned and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new system. They are better than the nationally high priced brand that is also available!
