his phone call

I apologize if you feel that I was speaking to you in a condescending fashion at all todayI am sorry that you felt that way, that was not my intentionAs I tried to explain to you on the phone, the process to refund you $minus tax is quite a time consuming function that I would prefer to handle in a quicker and more efficient way for both of usI assumed that $cash back would be sufficient, your response was a curiosity about my business school attendanceI thought at that point you were speaking disrespectfully to meI just wanted to give you $The offer still stands about the $cashIf you would prefer, I can mail a gift certificate to you if you were to provide a mailing address

It is so sad that this woman still is berating me over thisI don't yell...The question of business training standsI asked if her partner also treats customers in this way? She has made this about morality not $10.00.I was appaled at the offer of $in the cash registerWhen would we be going back to Hanson's after the tone set by this?
I am sorry but $is not enough to compel an another trip thereI doubt that would change her attitude towards the people she makes her living fromHer offer hardly makes up for the way she spoke to me on the phone like I was a

Now I ask how much is her reply and the lack of an apology worth to her business? I stand firm on what she should do to have satisfied customers
