Hanson's Roofing

He started complaining as soon as roof was put on. He thinks it leaks all over, but it does not. The problem he has is condensation, it is most likely due to lack on insulation in house or attic. I have told him this and he is not happy with my answer. He has not shown me any active leak. Other roofing companies have gone out there and have told him the same thing. He contacted me on January 1 about this issue and if you remember that day at all it was 0 degrees out, no precipitation. He went in his attic and he had seen condensation on his boards and decking. That is not a roof leak. He has never called me about leaks when raining. I will try to contact him about going there Thursday, it is supposed to rain, so I can see if there are any active leaks. Also, he has not paid a dime to us.
