Review: A kitchen was ordered from Hanssem Corporation in September 10, 2015, Delivered in September 26, 2014. There were finish issues. Their sales representative went to the customers house to examine. He agreed not a good finish. Replacements were ordered. Delivery of the replacements where delivered on October 29, 2014. They were not acceptable. Mr. [redacted] inspected them himself and took them back with him. Another set of replacements were ordered. The second replacements arrived on November 21, 2014. No better. They said a "service request" for was needed to proceed any further. One was filled out. Mr. [redacted] came to our showroom and inspected the replacements. He concurred they were not acceptable. He wrote up another order, with additional items. He requested our customer information (name, address, and phone number). He advised that they would contact the customer and arrange delivery and change out of replacements when they were finish. 3-4 wks later, the replacements were delivered to the customer's customer and deemed unacceptable again. We were inform of this from our customer. Our customer was told they would hear from them when finished. The holidays came and went. After many calls as to the time frame of when the replacements would be ready, Hanssem Corporation contact [redacted] Kitchen & Bath, to advise they would be delivering the replacement to our showroom. We advised them to send to customer's customer as in the past. They were delivered. The color of the replacements are much darker then the rest of the kitchen. Hanssem is now refusing to do anything more to make good on this kitchen. They claim they did there best, even though there own representatives deemed the materials not to be of good quality. Additional files would not upload.Desired Settlement: We have asked them to provide us with unfinished replacements, at no charge, so we may take them to a local re finisher. They should pay for this service.

Review: I purchased cabinets through[redacted], upon delivery there were several imperfections on the doors. Someone came and agreed and had the Company -Hanssem-send replacements for the damaged doors. When the the new doors arrived they were a different color from the original cabinets. A Rep from Hanssem came and looked and agreed and sent new doors, in addition to molding which was shorted on the original order. New doors and molding came again and the colors were still off. The Company said they were going to have someone match my cabinets color-they tried and the trim and doors are all shades of the origianl color. I tried living with it, but[redacted] told me they would make it right-but are now giving me the run around. They tell me to call Hanssem, Hanssem tells me I have to go through[redacted], I am getting nowhere. I have called[redacted] from Hanssem three times and have not received any call backs.Desired Settlement: I would like the cabinets/molding replaced from the same paint color or refund my money. The quality and color are very poor and I am very disappointed regarding the poor service.
