1st we got served after people who came in after us and it took them a while to get around to us so we we're hungry waiting on food. This was our 1st time there which was relayed to the waiters. Then we found hair in the Beef Brisket which we 1st just put to the side because we didn't want to complain. Then the Manager came over in an aggressive manner and tone and told us that if continued to discard food we will have to pay extra money. The food that he had came over with was food they had taken away altleast 30mins prior. When our next order came out it again had hair in it and I asked to speak to the Manager and he became defensive and I had to ask him to apologize to us with him stating that he could assure that it didn't come from his staff which I told he couldn't be sure of that and that our Beef Brisket had hair in it but we just put it to the side because we didn't want to complain. I told him the food didn't taste good and that it was bland.

In our response to the guest complaint, there are some missing information. There were two Managers on duty that evening. As far as other guests that have arrived after receiving their food first before Ms. is incorrect. This was verified by video recording playback. It is correct that they relayed to the Server that it was their first time. As to which the Server than explained how Korean BBQ worked and the rules to that. This was also relayed by the other Manager (the one that was not mentioned) who was assisting them. The "aggressive" manager they were speaking of did not automatically, nor at any point was aggressive towards the guest. The manager reiterated that if food was leftover that there would be a leftover charge. The food in question that the manager "came over" with could not have been cleared and then brought back 30 minutes later. The manager would not have addressed the situation 30 minutes after the fact, when these situations arise, it is brought to the attention of the guests immediately. The second incident of the hair was addressed with the staff immediately. In addition to the said hair's texture, visibly it was not one of the restaurant's staff on duty. The manager did apologize and even asked the guest if they were offended in any way to the description of the said hair. As to which the guest said no and both parties were cordial. It was after this point, during table touches that the guest felt the food was not good.

Our staff did what they could to please Ms. and guest. At no point in any of the interactions was there aggressiveness towards them. It was our understanding that after the last conversation, all issues were addressed and both parties were on good terms.
