I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Although this person still has poor business tactics. He never returned phone calls, and yes he did FINALLY return my microwave, after numerous text messages from me and many weeks..still will never recommend his services

[redacted] stated "We returned her microwave last week. She left me a voicemail asking that I leave it on her doorstep and that is what my guys did. She got a brand new microwave out of the deal because of me. It was a claim through her warranty company and I got her a brand new one, I worked on...

her behalf and helped her as much as I can and she got a new microwave and her old one returned as she requested. I also talk to insurance agents all the time. I am very responsive. I talk to the insurance companies at least 20 minutes. This is resolved"
