This customer has been refunded for all items that she returned to usThere has been no communication from the customer since March 29th Customer kept of the items that were shipped to her We even refunded her $for an item that the customer said was returned to us, but we did not receive - to be sure to mitigate the situation Customer ordered a total of $for product, and we refunded $219.16.We ship 10's of 1,of online orders every year, and never have a complaint from customers Our customer service team always goes above and beyond to make sure that we have satisfied customers As you can see from our history, a complaint like this never happens, and is an isolated case We could have probably shipped product to her for free, and she would have complained.Please let me know if you need any more information on this matterThanks,John C***

This customer has been refunded for all items that she returned to us. There has been no communication from the customer since March 29th.  Customer kept 2 of the 10 items that were shipped to her.  We even refunded her $36 for an item that the customer said was returned to us, but we did...

not receive - to be sure to mitigate the situation.  Customer ordered a total of $235.92 for product, and we refunded $219.16.We ship 10's of 1,000 of online orders every year, and never have a complaint from customers.  Our customer service team always goes above and beyond to make sure that we have satisfied customers.  As you can see from our history, a complaint like this never happens, and is an isolated case.  We could have probably shipped product to her for free, and she would have complained.Please let me know if you need any more information on this matter. Thanks,John C[redacted]
