Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Pictures [redacted] showed of our hair is not what me or my bridesmaids asked for The hairstyles that were done were what she wanted to do Just one example, she created a thin, standard braid, when my bridesmaid showed a picture asking for a thick, dutch style braid She asked [redacted] to it and showed her the same picture again She never listened nor cared for what we wanted I showed [redacted] pictures of a specific hairstyle I wanted for my wedding (a simple bun off to the side) The first time attempt, the bun was literally on the side of my head [redacted] stated "You didn’t say off to the side, you said on the side" It was evident to all that it was an issue to her that we weren’t happyThe second attempt, she twisted a portion of my hair on both sides of my head and wrapped it around the bun The third attempt, she removed one twist, and by that point, I was already late and my hair still wasn't close to the pictures I had showed In addition, in the midst of having my hair re-done several times, she had to ask the makeup artist to stop, so that Jenn could work on my hair, which was a huge inconvenience to the makeup artist and me I paid a premium, in advance, for a service on the most important day of my life I expected my bridal hair to be expensive, thinking I was hiring an expert; I never “negotiated” the price Each girl had a picture with them of the hairstyle they wanted and not one hairstyle was reproduced even closely Her lack of expertise, customer service and timeliness was highly unprofessional I am requesting a full refund of my invoice and deposit in the amount of $ If you would like additional proof of pictures, conversations, contract, ect, please contact me Thank you for your time Regards, [redacted] Regards, [redacted]
