Happiness Nails and Spa

Review: had a horrible experience at this location with my daughter. Just yesterday, ( 2/22/15)the owner of location. Was working on my nails. From start to not finishing my nails. This man was rude,disrespectful,angry and yelled to me in his language. I'm sure it was something horrible he said. As soon as he called me whatever he said. His employees told him stop. As he was working on my nails. He kept smacking my hands for not having them relaxed enough. I kept my calm and told him nicely to stop smacking my hands. Not long after that,he kept doing it. It wasn't a light smack,he started to do it even harder. I got up and started to tell him how rude & disrespectful he is. Told him I was done and wanted no more service from him. He went crazy and as I started to leave, he basically chased me down to make me pay for the service which I know it was a horrible experience. He kept yelling at me & told me I was never allowed to come back to his shop. That he was the owner and he can do whatever he wants. This man shouldn't even have a business he has no customer service whatsoever. The thing that really bugs me the most he got crazy and started yelling hurtful things right in front of my daughter and I do not appreciate that at all. I wanted to let people know of my horrible experience PLEASE don't come to this location.

In your comment you complain about a male nailtechnician, when in fact no male nail technicians work at Happiness Nails and Spa at [redacted] - our technicians are all female, no exception!
