we did sold an refurbished transmission with a new kiton feb 02, for 98-*** accord 4cyland we did offered days exchange warrantyand we stand behind our product and warrantyyes we got a phone call about leaking on transmissionabout after days we sold it, not on second or third day after transmission was purchasedand we did exchanged it for other one, buyer didnt like the one we exchanged, so we did exchanged for 3rd one on the same date, customer was so unhappy that they have to drive twice to our shop at that daythey ask for $as gas money and we did paid them $ as gas moneyso they did got a good refurbished transmission on the same date and since that I never heard anything from this customerso I think everything is okthis transmission still have original days exchange warrenty, nothing is lostand my policy clearly states that we dont cover any labor or labor reimbursementand we have a buyer signature on the invoice, (you have a copy as well)

I am rejecting this response because: I am in the process of removing the transmission again for the same problem leaks, this is costing me A lot of money to take out put in multiple times I have warranty still and plan on getting another one but how many I'm I how many times do I have to trade transmission to get a good one from this company I want my money back I've been through and none are in good condition

I am rejecting this response because: Theirs the same business in south Sacramento it's not safe to drive the car with bad transmission that far can we meet at the one in south Sacramento besides neither party should know any one at the business so we can have a honest inspection.

We did what we've promised and we paid for 3rd party inspection for this transmission. According to Aamco transmission on Frankling blvdthis transmission has no leaks. So we didn't had to exchange transmission first time, but we did because we stand behing our parts and warranty.According to [redacted] (manager from [redacted]) this car has a lot of problems, this transmission wasnt installed corretly, missing transmission bracket-mounts bolt, nut, sensor was unplugedand has transmission computer controller code : P1738On the other hand, oil leaking coming from engine, nothing is leaking from transmission.Will try to fax you report from an AAMCO TRANSMISSION CAR CARE.We feel that we did our best to resolve this issue. [redacted] Happy Auto Parts Inc

Review: On Feb 2nd 2015 I purchased a rebuilt transmission on the receipt it states rebuilt transmission everything rebuilt and replaced when my mechanic installed the rebuilt transmission the first day it leaked and jerked I then took the car back to the mechanic where he said there was a leak from transmission I called store and they said they would replace it I took it back today and now they only want to give me a 30 warranty when originally states on receipt was a 60day warranty now I lost 30 days because they gave me a incomplete transmission and I lost 1200 to have my mechanic install take out install and take out again and all the transmission oils I had to purchase and time that I have to lose for not having a car to driveDesired Settlement: I would like a good transmission and the money back that I had to pay mechanic to take out put in take out and put in 1200 dollars
