I am rejecting this response because: Theirs the same business in south Sacramento it's not safe to drive the car with bad transmission that far can we meet at the one in south Sacramento besides neither party should know any one at the business so we can have a honest inspection

We did what we've promised and we paid for 3rd party inspection for this transmissionAccording to Aamco transmission on Frankling blvdthis transmission has no leaksSo we didn't had to exchange transmission first time, but we did because we stand behing our parts and warranty.According to [redacted] (manager from ***) this car has a lot of problems, this transmission wasnt installed corretly, missing transmission bracket-mounts bolt, nut, sensor was unplugedand has transmission computer controller code : P1738On the other hand, oil leaking coming from engine, nothing is leaking from transmission.Will try to fax you report from an AAMCO TRANSMISSION CAR CARE.We feel that we did our best to resolve this issue*** Happy Auto Parts Inc

Review: On Feb 2nd 2015 I purchased a rebuilt transmission on the receipt it states rebuilt transmission everything rebuilt and replaced when my mechanic installed the rebuilt transmission the first day it leaked and jerked I then took the car back to the mechanic where he said there was a leak from transmission I called store and they said they would replace it I took it back today and now they only want to give me a 30 warranty when originally states on receipt was a 60day warranty now I lost 30 days because they gave me a incomplete transmission and I lost 1200 to have my mechanic install take out install and take out again and all the transmission oils I had to purchase and time that I have to lose for not having a car to driveDesired Settlement: I would like a good transmission and the money back that I had to pay mechanic to take out put in take out and put in 1200 dollars

My fiancé just came back from happy auto with what suppose to be a rebuilt transmission but was not it was a used one with damaged bolts and filled in oil rebuilts are completely cleaned and new parts cost much more then a used which I paid for in beginning I called store and asked for my original transmission and all my money back [redacted] the the store sales man said no we do not give refunds but a used transmission is not what I paid for I paid for rebuilt now I'm being cheated out of my money because he knew he didn't give me a rebuilt he gave me a used and I'm wasting gas and money
