He did not performed a 2 hours electronic test. That's one BIG LIE. One thing I don't understand, I pointed to him a big oil stain by the compressor. So, why not just use the old fashion method which is simple soap and water spray and detect the leak in 1-2 minutes like the other company who fixed it did?. My opinion is that he is ether very unprofessional or he was in a rush just to make a quick money and leave. And then, when I called him a week and half later he said go ahead and call to a professional Carrier dealer. This is not what a professional company will say!!I gave him a chance to come again and fix his mistake, but, instead, he said I don't give warranty for my work and I will charge you additional $800.  I called few other companies for an estimate and his price was the highest. He should refund some of the money I gave him. Thanks.

I WENT TO MR L[redacted] HOUSE AFTER I WAS ASSIGNED BY AHS HIS HOME WARRANTY COMPANY ON JULY /2016 HE HAD TWO ISSUES WITH TWO UNITS UPSTAIRS UNIT WASN'T COOLING DUE TO BAD CONDENSER FAN MOTOR AND THE DOWNSTAIRS WASN'T COOLING DUE TO UNIT WAS  OUT OF REFRIGERANT, SO I REPLACED CONDENSER FAN MOTOR ON...

THE UPSTAIRS UNIT AND PERFORMED LEAK TEST ON THE DOWNSTAIRS AND I WAS ABLE TO LOCATE THE LEAK BY THE COMPRESSOR PIPING AND REPAIRED IT AND CHARGED UNIT FULLY CHARGE WITH REFRIGERANT.  AT THE END OF MAY/2017 NR. LEVY CALLED ME STATED THE SAME UNIT THAT I WORKED ON LAST YEAR IS NOT COOLING AGAIN, SO I TOLD HIM TO CALL AHS HE STATED THAT HE CANCELLED THE POLICY WITH AHS AND DOES NOT HAVE HOME WARRANTY ANY MORE, AND HER ASKED ME TO COME SO I WENT TO MR LEVY'S HOUSE AGAIN AND I DIAGNOSED THE SYSTEM I FOUND LOW IN REFRIGERANT, SO I PERFORMED ELECTRONIC LEAK TEST FOR THE ENTIRE SYSTEM WHICH IS NORMALLY RETAIL PRICE COST AROUND $600.00 FOR THIS TYPE OF LEAK TEST, I DID NOT CHARGE HIM AS A COURTESY I SPEND ALMOST TWO HOUSRS TRYING TO LOCATE A LEAK AND I WAS UNBLE TO LOCATE ANY LEAKS, SO I GAVE MR LEVY THREE OPTION 1. ADD REFRIGERANT 3LBS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY 2.ADD HVAC SEALANT TO THE SYSTEM 3 GET A SECOND OPINION FROM OTHER LICENSED A/C FIRM. SO MR L[redacted] PICKED OPTION 1 ADD REFRIGERANT WITH OUT WARRANTY. I ADDED 3 POUNDS OF REFRIGERANT AND THE UNIT STARTED COOLING PROPERLY. FOLOW ATTACHMENT

MR L[redacted]  STATEMENT THAT I DIDN'T PERFORM 2 HOURS SEARCHING FOR LEAKS AND I DIDN'T USE OLD SCHOOL SOAPY BUBBLE SOLUTION  IS JUST NOT TRUE. THIS GUY REALLY HAS A BIG MOUTH, I DID MY BEST AND I WENT ABOVE AND BEOND SEARCHING FOR LEAKS (ELECTRONIC LEAK TEST AND SOAPY BUBBLE SOLUTION), BUT JUST I COULDN'T FIND ANY LEAKS. LEKAS HAPPENS ANY MINUTES IN REFRIGERATION SYSTEM DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR WHICH IS FOR SURE AFTER FEW DAYS THE LEAK HAPPENED AFTER I CHARGED SYSTEM WITH REFRIGERANT TO REACH OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS.WE ALL WORK TO MAKE MONEY FOR LIVING BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT I CUT THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT I PERFORM I REALLY DO VERY PROFESSIONAL AND QUALITY WORK WITH 100% CONSUMER SATISFACTION AND THIS IS THE REASON THAT KEAPY A+ RATING WITH Revdex.com FOR 14 YEARS AND EVERY JOB I DO I FELL LIKE IM WORKING AT MY HOUSE. HOWEVER THIS GUY HAD NOT SHOW ME ANY WRITTEN ESTIMATE FROM OTHER HVAC FIRMS AS HE STATED THEY CAN DO THE JOB VERY CHEAP REALLY HE IS ONLY BIG MOUTH.

I have used this company several times when my air conditioning isnt working. I have always felt like I received honest assments at a fair price and always done very quickly. It never fails in Arizona that once it starts getting hot everyones air conditioning stops working and the A/C companies are overloaded. This company has always worked hard to get to my home. I always recommend this company.

I am very happy with the experience and the workmanship of Mr. [redacted]. Because of my schedule and the because it was going to be hot that day I asked if he could get to my home early, just in case the repair turned out to be more in depth. We arranged a 6:00 am time and I went outside to wait to try and keep my dogs from barking. It was as if he was waiting around the corner to drive up at exactly the right time. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had the needed part in his van and we were back in business within about a half hour. While putting the cover back on he noticed that some dirt had accumulated at the bottom of my unit and proceeded to vacuum it out. No-nonsense and did not try and sell me anything I didn't need, which happens to me more often than not with repair companies. I have his card and will use his services again if I need someone for my AC.

THE MOST HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER DEALT WITH

My parents are elderly and live alone. Their A/C went out at 11:00 p.m.

Z from Happy Bear not only arrived 1/2 hour after they called him, worked on the unit for 3 hours did some temp repair to get system going until the morning to purchase the proper parts.
