Happy Bear Vacation Rentals

I am rejecting this response because: Happy Bear Vacation Rentals is correct that the charges were split by two credit cards $& $on a Visa plus an additional $was given to [redacted] in cash for a total of $1,(Original receipt attached - Folio ID #***3) Happy Bear Vacation rentals sent me an updated receipt which show the correct amount that should of been paid for the rental $1,(Attached - Folio ID ***4).There are a couple of concerns I have with the Happy Bear Vacation rentals accounting in the original receipt Folio ID #***it shows my card as a Visa, but in the Folio ID #***is shows I paid with and American Express I don't have an American Express.Regardless Happy Bear Vacation Rentals owes me a balance of $ as shown by the Original Receipt - Folio ID #***& by the Updated Receipt Folio ID # ***[redacted] expressed concern about how she was going to pay me back by the mistakes she made, and I am baffled by Carol's response to my claim that I overpaid when [redacted] admitted that she made numerous mistakes.My son did thank her for the weekend & security deposit refund, but did express concern to Carol in his email reply about the cash overpayment We have that e-mail if you need it to be provided.I hope Happy Bear Vacation Rentals realizes the mistakes they made, and repays me the money that I overpaid.Respectfully,, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern:Mrs. [redacted] was originally quoted a total amount of $1427.00. I advised [redacted] that it was to much per night. Originally quoted at $350.per night plus the other costs. It was changed to $300. per night. There was $1200. paid on credit cards- actually 2 different cards and...

$116. in cash. The Security Deposit has always been $500.00. I feel that was a mis-communication between [redacted] and Mrs. [redacted]. The son was the one to receive the Security Deposit refund which was put back to his credit card on February 2nd. He acknowledged that and thanked us for their great weekend. At this point I am sorry for Mrs. [redacted]s' confusion, however I do not owe her any money.Thank you,[redacted] Reid, Owner/Broker
