Would not exchange an item. I had my receipt. The owner told me if it wanted to exchange something it to be returned to the store the same day as purcPurchase date 07/29/2014Problem date 08/11/2014Payment Method Debit CardOwner refused to exchange the item. I purchased the incorrect item upon HER recommendation, my hair dresser told me that it was the incorrect item. I went back to exchange it and she refused to do so. She said that the item had to exchanged the same day as purchased.Desired SettlementI would have excepted a simple exchange, but now I would like a refund! That store's policy is totally acceptable. Especially when I spend over $100 in that store less than 2 weeks ago
