This is not the first time that Mr [redacted] has posted negative and inaccurate comments about our company, so we will start out with our response to his review on FacebookIt appears as though you may have left out a few important facts in your reviewSo let me go ahead and fill them in now Your vehicle was recently in a front end collisionThe body shop tried to fix your air conditioning but were unable,so they referred you back over to usThe first time we saw your vehicle it had a burst hose (Low side)Three days later it came back with another burst hose (hi side)Today your AC compressor is leaking freon out of the front seal as fast as we can put it inWe did not break your car, we are only trying to do the bare minimum to fix itWe did the second hose at cost, with no labor and have yet to charge you since the first repair for and evacuate and recharge or FreonI believe that is more than fairWe have served you for over five years with integrity and accuracy, but you were always too busy being combative and argumentative to recognize thatYou always seem to find a way to play the victim cardThe Bible tells us to love our neighbor, but it doesn't say we have to put up with your abuseWe are certainly sorry to see you goGood luck! faith works had installed the seconderay cooling fan with out my
authorization which was causing the car to over heatI was told by several of the technicians that they did indeed replace the cooling fanFaith work the called me an said they would not work on my car since I made a complaint with the Revdex.comI have also had my attorney contact them an try resolve the issue as well an faith works told my attorney the same thingI have missed out on weeks of work and unable to pay my child support or pay my billsI would like a refund from faith works so I can take my car elsewhere to be repaired

They did charge me the second time to the tune of $for another hoseThey claim a collision but here is what they are hidingThe collision was a year and a half before the ac stopped workingThe collision was on the other side of the car from where the ac isNo transparency, fiduciary obligation, or complete disclosureThe company had a fiduciary obligation to give complete disclosure regarding any rules, compliances, and information regarding collisions and claims and how it pertains to repairsThey did not. They breached their fiduciary obligation to disclose that information to meIt doesn't matter though because the collision was a year and a half before the ac went badEither give me all the money I spent or fix the AC

Mr [redacted] has made a very long list of poor decisions, despite our repeated advise and explanation of consequences. 2000 characters are not nearly enough in order to fairly and accurately respond. Please see attached PDF

Update: On September 28, 2016 we mailed a check to Mr. [redacted] in the amount of $506.20. This amount is the total of two invoices in which Mr. [redacted] paid for AC repairs. Invoice number 4642 in the amount of $369.92 and invoice 4674 in the amount of $136.28. This concludes any responsibility that we may have towards Mr. [redacted]. Over the last five years we have overheard heated phone conversations with Mr. [redacted] and various other businesses and or persons. We we have repeatedly heard him threaten these people with lawsuits and other actions. Mr. [redacted] has also requested that we make statements on invoices with the intention of suing dealers and or sales people. This has happened on two separate occasions with two different vehicles. The last time we saw him he was doting in our waiting area about the fact that he was suing his friend/roommate. By giving Mr. [redacted] back his money we have simply chosen to end the distraction. We choose to get back to the purpose that we feel God has given us. “To care about people, and serve them with accuracy and integrity.” We have come to the realization there are people in this world who are thieves. If they can't steal your money through false witness then they will choose to steal your peace. We will no longer let Mr. [redacted] steal either.
