I reserved the car one day before the departure of my flight, while in the morning they just told me no car and asked to me to find a car by myself
In ***, I reserved a car (I book a van since there was no option for regular car) in their promoted so-called apps, which was to drive me to the *** airport on 4:40am (Booking number is ***)While my flight departured at 6:45am on *** in the morning, I supposed 2hr early is far more enough for them to find a car for driving me to the airportUnfortunately, I woke up very early in the morning at 4:00am, while at 4:40am some representatives told me they could not find a car nearby meI told them tried to find a cab for me was also findThen I waited to around 5:00amI called them to see the situation, while they said there was still no car, but they did not say they can not do it and just told me they would come to find the carOn 5:30am, I called them again and they said they felt sorry and let me to find some way

Horrible service, driver kept swerving, felt unsafe
HORRIBLE SERVICE! Do not USE!!!i felt so unsafe and my life at risk! the driver was swerving the whole time he drove usI even called and reported him so they could pull him over and check him I reported it the next morning to customer service they said someone would call me back Monday morning because I should get my money back, never heard from anyoneI called again and they said they had to "investigate" it and call me again, still heard nothingThere should be nothing to investigate when I made a phone call to the police on it and no one should feel that wayI even gave the,m the license plate number and everythingVery unprofessional and I will be posting this on Revdex.com due to the lack of customer service and horrible experience we had
