My boyfriend and I stayed at the Anchorage Inn on June 13thIt was our first time staying here and we heard great things First I noticed the rug was dirtyIt had raisins and what looked to be trail mix on the rugThere was a makeup stain on the duvet cover, TV remote didn't work and the bathroom was filthyThe toilet had body hair and pee on and around the floor, the shower floor was black and there was a long black hair that was on one of the towelsWe went to the front desk with these issuesThey did not apologies but told us they had a new cleaning crew who just flew inThey said they could send someone down to clean the room or change our roomThis did not work for us because we were leaving to go out for the night and all our personal property was in the roomAt the end of our stay we turned in our room key and the front desk never asked how our stay wasWe did try to contact Anchorage Inn but they never contacted us back to resolve the issues
