Worst experience ever! Had to have issue corrected else where On July 19, at approximately 5:40pm I took my car to get an oil change, then without my permisision a guy told the guy doing the oil change to put the car through the car wash firstWhile observing the car wash guys dry my car, I noticed my antenna was missing, I asked where the antenna was and the car wash personnel commenced to looking in my backseat, front seat and trunk with no and then I was rudely told that my antenna broke during car wash I asked when were they going to notify me and a smart allick car wash guy to me that there was a sign saying they were not responsibleI told him that I did not ask them to wash my car all I wanted was an oil changeThen Victor supervisor of car wash apologized and said that he will have my antenna replaceOn 8;19; Cody the cashier said he'd have the owner Thomas Bowner contact me about 9am the next morning but didn't get any call back so I went to the office and was shown an online timeline and no one could assist me but MrTom which was out of office not even Bianca I kept checking in with Thomas or Bianca from July 20th to August when I was given a UPS tracking number plus a claims number submitted by Bianca on behalf of Thomas B and Happy Car Wash item getting lost or damaged in UPS mail I called UPS for claim case claim # CA**SSN [redacted] and UPS tracking # 9**SSN***SSN**7, in which case number was supposedly resolved until I questioned it and the tracking number said it wad delivered to main post office in San Diego after U called on 8//7/ Since MrThomas did not produce the needed parts after weeks I had Sun Coast Auto order parts from Nissan dealer to install on 8/12/then Mr Thomas asked me to cancel my order with other auto shop and wait for his par to come in on Wednesday next week and give him the receipt from the dealer for the partThis is really bad customer service, really over weeks for a part that should have come on overnight, plus Happy Car Wash personnel taking my car through car wash without my permission, and hiding the fact that they broke my antenna

This business performed a horribly done oil change on my vehicle and now I am trying to make sure they hold the correct licensing to be able to perform on vehicles in a lawful manner I am now being told by their employees to take my issue up in small claims court because it was my fault that the gasket wasn’t put on correctly this time around The manager even lied to me on the phone stating he wasn’t working when it was him on the phone The entire experience seems extremely shady and I’m sure they need to be checked out
