Stay AWAY long wait at airport for pickup 35-minute the last two times I used themWill never use againTold me they can't afford to put two drivers on to help customers
The counter attendant was very rude when I asked for my free days. I explained to him that when I arrived on November 19 I spoke to a girl at the counter requesting to use my free days she stated no problem. Upon my return a person name Charlie was at the counter and when I told him I wanted to use my free days he said no these are black out dates, I explained what I was told then he cut me off stating you should have went to the website. I stated I spoke to the attendant, he stated you should find somewhere else to park.Customer for 5 yrs.
