Happy Cleaner Man

Review: I dropped off a coat at this dry cleaner and asked for the zipper of the coat to be replaced. The attendant put the information in the computer and gave me receipt with a pick up date. Several days later, I returned to pick up the coat paid the $28 for the "zipper" and took the item home. Upon arriving home, I noticed the item was not fixed as promised. I returned to the dry cleaner the next day and spoke to the attendant. She informed me that I received a dry cleaning service. I then told her that I requested a new zipper and not a dry clean service. She proceeded to argue with me about the service that requested. After several back and forth disagreements, I asked to speak to the [redacted]. The attendant told the [redacted] that the error was in the customers hands and not hers. As the [redacted] approached I proceeded to tell the [redacted] the issue. The [redacted] stared blankly and told me that I got the service that I paid for which was a dry clean. I proceeded to explain that this was not in fact the service that I desired and that there must have been some miscommunication. I asked the [redacted] if we could compromise and either fix the zipper or charge me a different rate as a zipper fix was priced $35. The [redacted] insisted that his employees do not make mistakes and therefore he was not liable. Again I told the [redacted] that the service I asked for was not the service that I received. While in mid sentence, the [redacted] walked away and returned to folding clothes and the attendant proceeded to take the next customer as if I was no longer in their presence.
