I am rejecting this response because:We were misled as to what company would do the financing of our Mercedes PleasureWay Plateau TSThe sales person at the Happy Daze RV show (held on January 12, located at the Pleasanton Fairgrounds) assured us that the loan would be financed by *** ***We requested that the financing go through *** *** since it holds the financing for our Chevy Tahoe and Chevy SilveradoWe were not informed by *** *** (the finance manager) at the time of our signing that the financing would be by ***. On January 28, we discovered that *** *** could offer us a more reasonable loanUpon calling *** *** (who we knew was the company contacted by Happy Daze to do the financing), *** *** was informed that there was no request for the financing of our PleasureWay in their databaseNext, the *** *** manager called Happy Daze and spoke with the deputy manager (***) since the general manager was on travelHe was contacted because *** *** (who was the first contact at Happy Daze) told us that he would not sign off on the paperwork faxed by *** *** (not providing the reason for not signing)*** agreed to sign off and would fax the paperwork back shortlyWe waited and upon calling again, we were informed that they were all "too busy" to sign that dayWe did not know that *** held the lien on the vehicle until the following evening (approx4:30pm January 29th) when *** *** called to inform us that *** would be sending us a letter and also informed us that "the customers do not dictate" to the selection of the company for financingHe informed us that Happy Daze was already paid when my wife told him U.S.Bank was willing to send an overnight payment to pay the account, not knowing that *** was the lien holderMy wife informed him that if we knew that *** was the financing company, we would not have purchased the vehicle*** is not highly regarded by usIt is now February and this issue has not been resolved although *** *** has requested several times for the necessary paperwork from *** (as instructed by Happy Daze)(Note: Happy Daze was requested to finance the vehicle through *** *** on January 12, 2015.)Another issue we reported was *** *** making a Xerox copy of my *** credit cardHis reason to do so was not having a card reader on handThe card was to hold $for deposit and would not be necessarily chargedThe $was not charged by Happy DazeWe later found out that this was an illegal business procedure since the company should be prepared to do business with the proper office equipment (i.e., a card reader)*** *** said he would shred the photocopy at their Sacramento office; however, I wanted it mailed backThis was not done until requested again on January 28thSince my card was compromised, I requested the *** card be issued with a new account number.I would like closure and an answer to why we do not have the right to chose our financing company.Sincerely,*** ***

The Customer purchased a Pleasure way from us on January 12, during a RV show at the Alameda Fair Grounds. As per the contract Happy Daze RV’s arranged financing through Bank of America toobtain the contracted rate that was agreed upon by the customer As per the customer request at the time ofsale we arranged to remove the unit from the show and have it ready for delivery on January 21, whenthey took possessionOn January 28, we received a borrowers Certification and Authorization request from US bank; we contactedthe customer advising him that his loan was with Bank of America and that he would need to contact US bank and let them know so they could refinance theloan We never mislead or attempted to give the customer a "bad time" this was merely a misunderstanding, had the customer informed usthat he was going to utilize his local bank for the loan prior to picking up the unit we would have gladly done so, but unfortunately when the customer requestedthe loan go to US Bank we had already sent the contract to Bank of America and where funded a week prior when they took possession of the vehicle We never refused to sign off on any paper workas stated, but merely referred the customer to Bank of America as they where the listed lien holder on the unit They can refinance the vehicle as they have requested and we have informed them theprocedure in which to do this

This e-mail is to inform you that Happy Daze mislead us about which firm is financing our Mercedes Benz Plateau TS.At the time of completing the finance papers, we requested that *** *** be contacted since they hold the financing for our two carsWe were assured beforehand by the salesperson that
the loan was pre-approved by *** ***However, we were not informed at the time of the signing that Happy Daze was not using *** ***, but *** ** *** (***)*** was never brought up until this eveningWhen we called *** *** this morning they could not give us the loan account number because were not even in their database for the Mercedes Benz RVThey assumed that it would take to days to processes the paperwork.*** *** (Happy Daze Finance/Business Manager) finally called us at 4:00 this evening to inform us of what transpiredHe said that customers, "do not dictate" as to who will financeIt would have been less trouble for everyone if he gave this information during the call we made to him this morning I questioned him, this evening, why *** was never mentioned during the signing in his office; he said that procedure is to receive a letter from the finance companyIs this true? This morning he simply refused to sign the form sent by *** ***We will now have *** *** contact *** for the account number of the loan*** *** told me that Happy Daze was already paid off by ***What a way to conduct business and confuse their customers. The office of *** *** did not fax or e-mail the paperwork requested by you; however if you still need it, I will inform them to do so.Thank you, again, for your assistance and prompt attention.Respectfully,*** ***
