When I went to pick up my dress which she said she fixed it was not done.  she admitted to me she will buy the proper leather and fixed my dress.  She never mention the leather was something else.  When the dress was brought to the cleaners she was told about the leather and was asked if she can handle it.  She said yes. Now she is telling me I should of put fabric instead of leather.  I bought the dress with the leather.  She mentioned to me she did not know I will write the Revdex.com on her.  Now she is willing to work with me to resolve the matter, by getting the right piece of leather to fix it.  I just want my dress fixed to its originally state or very close to it.  I will go this week to check again to see what is done.

The garment the customer brought in was damaged due to the fact that the leather portion of the garment was not authentic leather. It was a material that reacted badly in our dry cleaning machine. We followed the garment's instructions on how to properly clean the clothes but unfortunately the...

garment was still damaged in the process. Our dry cleaning machines are all approved for its cleaning capabilities. We are in the process of testing the garment's material more thoroughly through the NCA - National Cleaning Association to see exactly what happened with the garment the customer brought in. There might be more cases where customers have brought in this type of garment to other dry cleaning locations and have had the same outcome where the garment was damaged in the process. From what we can gather from the NCA's testing at this time is that the leather portion of the garment was not authentic leather. If it had been authentic genuin e leather the garment would not have been damaged. But again, further testing is being done to see what exactly the garment's material is made of.

The owner of the business told me it was real leather when I showed her it was a calvin Klien dress.     She told me she understood and she is trying to fine a piece if leather to fix it. She fixed it with a heard piece of leather and it was not done properly.  I pointed it out to her and she said she will find a softer leather as the one I had on the dress.  I will be going there tomorrow to see if it is done.  Before she cleaned it , the leather was pointed out to her and, was asked if she can clean it, she said yes.
