I contacted *** on a Wednesday and setup an appointment for him to come spray my yard/house the following dayAfter setting up the appointment I found out my wife wasn't going to be home, so I called him to reschedule He did not answer nor call back, so I texted him and asked if he could come by Friday morning instead of Thursday afternoon

I took off work that morning to be home so *** could spray By 9:50am I still haven't heard nor seen *** I tried contacting him to see if he was still coming to spray and I never got a response I attempted to contact him two other times and have yet to get a response from him I even called him this afternoon to see if we could talk through the situation before I posted this, but he screened my call I have used Happy Earth for over years now and the communication and reliability has always been an issue, but I've stayed with them because ***

I am rejecting this response because: In the two years I've used Happy Earth, I've asked them to come back twice.  Once was legit, the other was because they showed up at the wrong time and didn't notify me.  They sprayed my front yard only without me knowing and left an invoice on my front door. They had to come back to spray inside my house and in the backyard because I was not home when they showed up randomly.  That does not count as a free service in between regular services. The response from [redacted] is very generic and is written in a way that shows he went "over and beyond" what he was suppose to do.  If that were the case, I would not have sent in this complaint.  I would encourage anyone looking for a pest control company to stay away from Happy Earth.  There is a reason why [redacted]'s business partner moved to Austin to start his own pest control.  My guess is because he had to deal with [redacted]'s over promising and charming talk with no follow through.  Worst customer service I've encountered in a very long time.
