I then gave him three weeks to pay off and advised him that if he does not honor his part of the contact and verbal agreement and requests that I will place a mechanics lien and sue him in justice court. Dear Sir/Madam, I tried my best resolving this issue with this homeowner. I am willing to except $2,500.00 from the solenoid to close the complaint. Keep in mindthat the total owed it to me from this order is $4,250.00. He is a real estate agent that flips homes. He had problems with other subcontractors what I was working for him in this project. He is not a good person who keeps taking advantage of people that works for him. In other words, he is not a hobo wonder who is pretrade himself to be a victim. He is a shrewd businessman.
