Happy Family Chinese and Japanese Food

Review: Yesterday I placed an order for food to be delivered to my work. I gave the restaurant my credit card over the phone. When the delivery person arrived he gave me a charge slip to sign which I did. He then refused to give me my food. When I reached for my food bag he physically assaulted me. He punched my arm away and left with my food. When I called the restaurant to complain I was told there was no [redacted] on duty and they didn't know the name of the [redacted]. I asked them to issue me a credit to my card as I never received the food and instead they recharged my card for a second time. When I called to complain the girl said she would fix it. The 2 credits are not on my card yet. I called today to speak to the [redacted] and when I started to explain what had happened he hung up on me. I called right back and was told the [redacted] had left. The girl on the phone said her name was [redacted]. She said the [redacted]s name was [redacted] and the delivery persons name was **.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of all monies owed and I want a formal complaint filed on record against the delivery person and the restaurant.
