Once we noticed that there was a leak in the gutter we contacted the company to let them know that the installation was not done properly and we needed them to come out and fix it At this point, we had not paid for the gutters as of yetThey said they would come out on 8/at 9am but no one showed up They following Monday I called to find out what happened they werenâ t able to provide an answer but assured me someone would come out there the next day on August 5thâ ¦again no one showed up I called them the following day and they said they would come out the following Saturday on August 9thI was out of town that weekend but had a relative staying at my home to assist them if neededThey showed up this time and claimed they fixed it I was unable to check it until it rained so I took their word for it and paid the bill on August 14, for $They assured me that everything was all setâ ¦but visually everything looked the same 8/- It rained and I realized that the gutters had not been fixed it was leaking exactly the sameI called and complained, I even sent them a video with the water gushing down on the pavementThe woman who answered the phone told me that someone would come out again on Monday to take another look 8/- Monday came I got No call and no one showed 8/- I called no one answered the phone so I left a message but no one returned my call 8/- I called again no one answered and I left another message (At this point I feel they are avoiding my calls because this is a business someone always answers.) 8/ - I called again this time she answered and said she would have someone come out on 8/between 1-3pm 8/- I stayed home the entire day waiting for someone to show and they never did At 4:30pm I called to find out whatâ s going onâ ¦ she acted surprised that no one came and said she would call them and call me back but not to worry they would come out that day She never called me back and no one came 8/- I called them I got no answer so I left a message 8/- I called again she put me on holdâ ¦I waited on hold for over 10mins and she never came back to the line I finally hung up and called back, she said someone would come out that day The installer called me a little later that day to say that he was not coming out and that the problem was not with the gutter but with the roof and for me to call a roofing company to look at it(So I did) On 8/- I had a Roofing Company come out to took at the roofThey advised me that the gutters were not installed properlyHis notes below: - Gutters installed too high, penetrating the roof drip edge metal with screws allowing seeping water to get through which could cause moisture damage to the fascia board overtime(He said this is against code) - Gutters should have been installed just below the roof metal, not to damage the roof metal for proper water shed - Roofing company provided pics of the improper installation as well as pics of how it should have been installed 9/- I forwarded the pics along with the email the roofing company provided to the gutter company I followed up with a phone call to ensure she received it She said she was busy at the moment and would call me back in an hour I still havenâ t heard back from her 9/â I called the Seamless gutter Masters to find out a status and when someone would be out to fix it, she said that they had been out there numerous times and that she canâ t keep sending her guys out, and that the problem was not theirs I told her again what the roofer said, she did not agreeI also reminded her that her guys had only been their twice and that all the other times no one showed up, so she was not telling the truth and that her information was in accurate I told her I paid for the gutters and it does not work â ¦.that this is ridiculous they need to fix it or take it off and refund my moneyShe scheduled another apppointment ans as I expected no one showed Please, for your own sanity and peace of mind....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SET OF PEOPLE I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH Their price is cheaper, but definitely not worth itWe will end up paying more to get it fixed properly

After getting few estimates from different gutter companies, seamless gutters came to my property, the sales representative explain to me all the different options that I have, which other companies did not explained to meI choose them because they were ontime to perform the estimate, polite and educated with the subject on installing the guttersI choose to go with them and I dont have any complaint about the job performed by this companyPrice was reasonable comparing with other companies Thank you seamless gutter master and I will recommend this company to friends and family

My experience with Seamless Gutter Masters was less than desirableThe salesman [redacted] came to my house and tried to sell me the 7" gutters throughout the entire house instead of only in the area needed, of course the 7" gutters are $6/Ft instead of $3.50/Ft for the 6" guttersMore money in his pocket at the cost of the homeowner, BEWARE of salesman!! After negotiating to install the 7" gutters where needed, and 6" gutters throughout the rest of the house, the installation team arrived, these guys did a great job on the gutter system, making sure that all of the cuts were perfect and looking good, which was a task due to the shape of my houseThey did such a great job I tipped them very wellThe next day I went on to my balcony and noticed that one of my floor tiles on the balcony was shattered, seems like while they were cutting the roof tiles to accommodate the gutter, a piece of roof tile fell from the roof and shattered the floor tileThis was very upsetting as this floor was just installed less than a month agoAs well, knowing that they did not have the courtesy or decency to tell me about the accidentBEWARE of the installers!! check everything they are doing while they are working and when they are finished with the jobMaking matters worse, I texted Seamless Gutter Masters the photos of the damages to the number that they sent me my receipt from and they TOTALLY IGNORED MEMy advise to any of you that will read this valuable review is to #Make sure you are not persuaded by JAVIER to purchase more than you need, he is a salesman from the word go! #Watch the installation team like a hawk, take nothing for granted and check all areas before they leave, my problem was I didn't go to the balcony to check when they finished the job, my faultLastly and most importantlyThrough my experience the company does not stand behind their faults or they would have reached out to me in regards to the broken tileBest of luck with your choice of gutter company!!

These hacks installed gutters on my housesoon after they left was a downpour and the gutters started making a popping noiseI went outside during the rain storm and saw that the gutters were bowing in the middle and no water was coming out of the down spoutsLuckily I am a retired skilled tradesman I immediately grabbed my drill and removed the incorrectly mounted gutter supports to allow the water to drainWhen the rain passed [redacted] took out a level and saw that they had installed them with no pitch, they were tightly against the drip edge all the way down the 60ftof my houseREALLY!! Then I checked my other section of gutter they installed, also with not pitchNot once did I see a level or a chalk line drawn to make sure they had the right pitch So now after spending the previous day scrapping, calking and painting my fascia boards before the install I am left with holes I had to repair and an unacceptable installFurthermore my neighbors said the same thing happen to herI also asked my other neighbors that recommended this coif I could look inside their guttersI found that that the gutter had their own ecosystem of gnats, mosquitos and algae from all the standing water In my opinion they had one time to do it right and they are not coming backThis company can shove there warrantee and I will make sure everybody I know learns of my experience and intern passes it along

I am very pleased with seamless gutter masters I found them on a magaxine and called for a estimate next day a young man arrived very profesional and on time hey provided price with warranties and licences. A week later we got the job done. Staff was friendly and pleasant I am very happy with this company and will further recommend

Similar to many other customers, I have had a horrible experience dealing with this company and wish I had gone with a competitor from the start. The office staff is rude and defensive, the installation is shoddy and the service/ warranty is a joke. It is unbelievable to me that a company would continually promise to show up only to not only not show, but not call, not text or email. Perhaps I am the crazy one though as I tried to keep positive and keep thinking they will follow through and do the right thing. Do yourself a favor and save the aggravation and go with someone else. Maybe you will get lucky but is it really worth it given the downside risk?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company will come out and give you a quote, install your gutters and take your payment very efficiently but if there is a problem you will be left his and dry. We were left with a gutter system that caused massive loading of water onto three areas of our roof due to incorrect slope on the gutter (as explained by my roofer and a staff member from seamless gutter masters) and open ended gutter. This resulted in damage to our roof and two costly repair jobs.

When I contacted the company in Oct 2015, [redacted] and the Wife, have had me on a wild goose chase with months of phone calls and numerous appointments made where no-one showed up and others cancelled.

Finally they sent two men to fix the problem who had no english and made an absolute mess of the repair, basically they had no idea of what they were doing ..... I should have checked their credentials. I sent photos of the botch repair to [redacted] who assured me that it would be taken care of ASAP. The same trend of phone call and broken appointments started again until I got [redacted] on the phone who had two qualified staff members look ate the problem and the botch repair that had been carried out by other crew members of seamless gutter masters, they were told (by [redacted] and then advised me that they were to return the next day to take care of the problem as they didn't have the parts in the van. This did not happen ant at this point when I called back, I was told that [redacted] would contact me .... he never has... so now I need to take the next steps, starting with this review.
