On 4/15/I spoke with a receptionist named Sally to have my xrays emailed over to another dental officeI gave Sally my full name and telephone number and asked her if she could give me a call back once the xrays were sent over to the new officeSally told me that she would give me a call back to confirmHowever, after four hours of not hearing anything from Sally I called the dental office again and she then said she was going to send them over at the time I called herI never received a call back from Sally before the office closed at 6pm that day and my appt with the new dental office was the following dayI found out that Sally in fact, did not send my xrays over to the new dental office so I had to miss my apptOn 4/18/I called Happy Family Dental and got Sally againI told Sally that the new dental office did not receive my xraysSally's response to me was "what happened?" as if she was waiting for me to respondSally then tells me that she could not find me as a patient in the systemYou would think that if you have my telephone number she would have called to let me know that she could not find me but instead she said nothing about not finding me until I called on 4/18/Sally asked me to spell my name for her and even though I spelled my name for her twice on 4/15/she tells me that she had the spelling of my first name wrongI then start telling Sally to please give me a call to confirm that she did in fact send the email to the new dental office and I begin to read my cell phone number off to her and she cuts me off and I said excuse me, please do not cut me offAs soon as I say that Sally says "excuse me, I'm busy." when she said this I said so you are on the phone with me right now and your telling me that you are too busy to take down my phone number to give me a call back? no answer from SallyAt that point, I say ok then I'm coming down there and I hang upToday on 4/18/16, as soon as I walk into Happy Family Dental there is no one at the front desk, the whole entire dental office was empty (so much for being BUSY SALLY) as I am approaching the front counter I notice a white envelope with my name on itI open the envelope and it is my xraysThis is a violation of the PHIPA lawI spoke with an attorney on this but because no one else took my envelope but me and there was no breach of my medical information trying to take this to court most likely would not result in any type of penaltyAs I am looking at my xrays a Chinese man comes out and right when I was going to speak with him Sally comes out from the back room and says that he does not speak any EnglishI told Sally that I wanted to speak with the Dentist or someone else rather than herSally tells me that she is the assistant managerAgain, I told he that I did not want to speak with her and that I would like a phone number to send in a complaint about herSally had the NERVE to ask me whyI told Sally that it was because I did not appreciate the way that she treated meSally tries to say that she did not treat me rudely and that she had the whole office listen while she was speaking to meLIES! I once again told her that I did not want to speak with her and that I wanted a telephone number to call to complainSally hands me one of the office cards and tells me "you can call the office." (which is the telephone number that leads to her front desk) I threw the card back at her and told her get me someone else to talk to or I'm calling the police(which was the only thing I could think of to say at the time.) I also told Sally that she just had my xrays out on the counter where anyone could have grabbed them if they wanted to and Sally claimed that she was watching themI asked Sally how could she be watching them if she was in the back and no one else was at the desk? Sally's response was that "I'm not going to argue with you." (THERE IS NO ARGUMENT SALLY!) Sally comes back out with DrGiang D*** himselfAs I am trying to talk to the Drand let out my frustration and explain how she was treating me Sally snickers(that irritated me even more) so I asked the DrIf we can step outside and he agreesAt this point I am extremely angry(so angry that I begin crying while speaking with the Dr.) I never received an apology for being treated the way that I was by his employeeThe only thing the Drtried to do was ask me to calm down and he asked if I had the xrays that I neededThe Drsaid he would speak with Sally but who knows if that even happenedI don't feel that he cared enough about the situationI wouldn't recommend this dental office to anyone as long as Sally is thereSally should be suspended or fired if she doesn't learn how to speak to peopleDrGiang D*** should not want someone like that to represent his office
