Poor quality productday return policy for defects Met with resistance and issues every contact Papadilla Birkenstock Dana Black order number XXXXXX $Purchase 10/31/ Initial item sent back due to defects Received new pair on 11/16/ By 1/25/the soles at the back were completely worn into the cork after 3-days a week hours each day I first contacted Happy Feet Plus and received an email contact from Johanna stating she would send a label via email and actually gave me a hard time about the return I never received the label I then contacted them again week later on 2/1/and I received a call from Kathryn (I had to repeat the whole story again.) stating that I should just drop the shoes off at Sundial Happy Feet Plus and they would send them to the repair department I then did just this and had to repeat the whole story and again received an attitude about the return The shoes got sent back and I then again received a call from a represe
