I am a receptionist at a business and Happy Hands LLC harasses us by calling time after time when we tell them not to call. They use cell phone numbers so you do not recognize them sometimes. Their products are way off the scale price wise. I believe they are scammers.

This company makes repeated solicitation calls to my elderly aunt who suffers from dementia. Caregivers have repeatedly asked the callers to cease with no positive result. This is a particularly sinister form of harrassment of elderly and vulnerable people. I will submit this with the zip code where the offensive calls are being received.

In regards to the consumer complain we have received from your office, Mrs. [redacted] has authorized the August 13, 2014 payment by phone. Happy Hands, LLC has a verifier that calls back to obtain authorization by voice recording before any payment is processed.

and willingly gave her information to have that payment processed. She was not threatened nor was she coerced into doing anything she dtdn't want to do. She was made aware that she would receive a receipt in the mail for her records, along with a gift certificate that she can use within the expiration date at her discretion.
As of today, Mrs. [redacted] is in good standing and has a Zero Balance due with Happy Hands, LLC and has not received any other packages since the transaction took place on August 13,2014.
