Review: I paid $2380 cover myself and my wife for Charming Holidays SummerVancouver & Rockies 8 days tour suppose cover admiission and 11 meals however on first day tour I was told I need to paid another USD 445.00 if not me and my wife will have no meal during entire trip. I made complain to travel agent [redacted] and request for refund for over paid but she told me to look for different AD that was totally different (at much Higher Cost) from what I down load from web in April before booking & bring back from Vancouver tour guide that is not acceptable. Base on Charming Holiday Tour Fare which I down load in April for 8 days package under Code [redacted] hotel $849+ Adminsion $129+ 11 meal plan$212=$1190 per person that was confirm over the phone when I place booking with [redacted] of Happy Holiday on late April for June [redacted] tour.Desired Settlement: Refund over charge USD $305.00$445.00 double paid mealmoney less Quick Shuttle fare between Seattle & Vancouver $35x2=$70 per person

Review: They also have - A failure to honor service under the terms of warranties; A sales presentation that misrepresents the service; An improper or inferior service; Customer service failed to provide assistance; The failure to respond to phone calls or written requests for assistance or support. They took my full payment for one month without finishing their job. I tried to contact them during this period, they didn't response for most of the times. After I found out that they hadn't make my payment (I paid almost one month ago) to another company, which what I hired them to do, they became angry and regret to finish their service. They drop off from the contract with only simply giving me back the same amount of money I gave them for one month. I also have a flight ticket booked through them. The ticket is booked and confirmed, but I have to change the departure date because their failure for the other service. They still haven't changed my ticket after requested 3days ago and again they still haven't done that. I was put in a hard situation since I was delayed by them for one month and spent lots of time negociating with them, not to mention the travel expense. The service I asked for only takes 1 business day to finish, at most two (I have consulted with other agents and have another agent did the work after Happy Travel failed to do so, which took 1 business day). I don't understand why Happy Travel could not finish their job in such a long time (I made my full payment in cash to them). And I couldn't understand how can they just simply ignore everything and stop working on my issue in such a bad manner.Desired Settlement: -Change the departure date of my flight ticket to Sep [redacted] ASAP. -Compensation for holding my money for one month without finishing the job. -Compensation for time & travel expense.
