The business did respond in a timely manner and fixed the problemMy concern is that service man said he had not ever had this much problem with this refinishing He said that he hoped it would work but that the problem was in the preparation of the surface which the new coating had to adhereHe said the entire job might have to be done over with a stronger material I wish they had done that in the beginningI hope we have a fix now but if this does not work I expect the job to be done with no cost to me

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  

New Generation Refinishing restored my shower, vanity, and two sinks on July 13, 2012. The cost for the project was $1,200 and the technician was [redacted] Since that time we have had numerous problems with the restoration especially in the shower.They made several appointments to come fix the problem with at least 5 times when no one showed up or called to reschedule.They finally came out and put another coat on just the shower. Since then the shower has begun to peal badly and the stinks have several small chips.I have called for the last three weeks only to get a recording that my call would be returned shortly. I have not received a call back. The contract states clearly that the work is guaranteed for a full 7 years. I am asking that they honor their contract.

To settle this matter I would like for the shower be completely redone and the sinks repaired as required. If the problem persist I want a refund for the job.
