I signed up for help with my companies online presence with a company that was bought by jjumppAfter being bought, my first two bills were what I had agreed to pay, $The third bill which I was automatically charged for was $I never agreed to the change in priceWhen I called to cancel my service with the company I was told I could not cancel until I heard their whole sales pitch which is ridiculousI am a customer trying to cancel, I should not be help hostage to listen to all the "wonderful services" that made my bill jump $without my approvalThe man on the phone tried again to not let me cancel by saying he could give me the services for free for one monthI repeatedly had to tell him I just want to cancelIt was an incredibly frustrating experienceWhen I asked for my money back for the charges I did not agree to, I was told that was not possible because I was notified in an emailI would love to forward you the shady email in questionAgain, I do not think it
JJUMPP Is absolutely incredible! I understand Marketing and a little of programming and what this company has done is absolutely remarkable! Their software helps me save time and make more salesIt is very easy to use and I love having my success manager at JJUMPP because if I ever have any questions Belle is there to spend as much time with me until we have it figured outstar company
This highly annoying company has called my small business on at least occasions after we've very nicely asked them to remove us from their call list - every timeIf they call me again, I will definitely sue them in small claims courtLet it be a warning!
If I could put I wouldOwn a Newly opened businessThey called me out of the blue months into itAgreed to try it outNot impressed with what I got the first month for $600!! Decided within days to cancel and they telling me I have a contract and and can’tThey even running my cc when I told them there was no money in that accountThey will forcefully call you numerous times and push you and try to convince youTried to be nice numerous times but they are determined to get every penny from you even if you don’t want there serviceThere are programs that do the same thing for $100’s less!! Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Now I have to cancel my cc through bank and get a lawyer involvedDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If your a big company it may be worth it if you know nobody else but they are out to choke the little guy with a family and kids! Beware of Lucas!!
