Happy Kitchen at Biz

This website is a scam. The money I paid through[redacted] was credited to a person, not to the business. I never got a confirmation email that they received my order. I tried to contact them by phone, using their email address, and through[redacted]. I did not get a call back, a return email, and I did not hear back from[redacted]. There are nonsense words in parts of their website that describe items. I looked online using satellite imaging to see where they are located and the address they give on their website is a home. When I tried to access my account, the website said I didn't have the right password. When I tried to reset my password, I got a message warning me that my account had exceeded allowed number of login attempts and to try again in 1 hour. I tried again in an hour and still couldn't access my account.Product_Or_Service:[redacted]Desired SettlementI would like the money I paid through [redacted] to be refunded, which will hopefully happen because of [redacted]'s policy. Or I'd like to receive the product I ordered.
