Review: My clothing was stolen from one of the dryers at Ultra Laundromat. When I asked one of the employees to review the CCTV footage, which they claim to monitor according to a sign posted on the front door, I was told the cameras were not working.I also asked the employee whether there had been thefts in the past and was told there were not.As soon as the officer I called to the scene asked the same employee whether there were thefts in the past, he was immediately told that there were. The employee went on to say that they had hired the wrong people in the past, but that is behind them now. He also said the cameras at that location have not been working in over one year. Any company that had thefts in the past but can not prioritize the purchase of camera equipment will no longer receive my patronage.Desired Settlement: Ultra Laundromat should at the very least remove the signs they have advertising CCTV coverage 24 hours a day.
